Top 5 Rentals in Phuket – June 2009

Time once again for our monthly look back at the top-performing rentals on Rentals-Phuket.com over the course of the past month. Our previous Top 5 lists have had a diverse feel to them with vastly different properties reaching the top of the charts. There was a pronounced change to the trend in June 2009, however. Four of the top five were 1-bedroom apartments, suggesting there was a greater demand for smaller and lower-priced accommodations during Phuket’s low season.

#1 – Brand New Phuket Town Apartment near Tesco Lotus

Bucking the trend completely is our fifth-ranked rental property.
